Opened in August 2018, Drip Coffee Co. is a specialty coffee shop and patisserie situated within the popular, vibrant village of Corbridge in Northumberland.

We always try to use as much local produce and suppliers as possible. Such as Pink Lane Coffee from Newcastle Upon Tyne, Estate Tea Co. based in Gateshead, Northumberland Pedigree from Hexham, Rise Artisan Bakehouse in County Durham and JD Hall Family Butchers just down the road from our little shop.

Our aim is to serve the best coffee possible, offering different brew methods and sourcing from the best roasters in the country. Offering all the standard espresso options along with a few drip methods such as V-60, Kalita and Aeropress. We work closely with all our coffee roasters to try and learn as much about the origins of every coffee we offer and how to achieve the best flavour.

We endeavour to offer a wide range of cakes and patisseries made fresh everyday in our own kitchen. Using various different, unique and seasonal ingredients.

Our all day brunch menu offers a varied range of options, from the classic bacon sandwich and smashed avocado toast to more unique, flavourful toasties, noodle salads and weekly specials. Our menu frequently changes to offer the best ingredients around with the seasons.
